You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also cover the return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error (incorrect item, defective product, etc.).

You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return carrier. This timeframe includes:

• 5–10 business days for transit back to us
• 3–5 business days for return processing
• 5–10 business days for your bank to finalize the refund

To initiate a return, simply log in to your account, locate the order under “Complete Orders”, and click “Return Item(s)”. We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.
